TELEC認證是日本的強制性認證，和CCC認證是中國的強制性認證一樣，該辦理的還是要辦理，要不然不能銷售、出口。另外日本的TELEC認證也叫MIC認證，而TELEC認證是MIC指定的發(fā)證機構之一，所以稱之TELEC認證。申請辦理TELEC認證需要很多資料，具體如下：

(1)技術型號規(guī)格表(Technical Type Specification Form)

(2)質量申明管理系統(tǒng)(Declaration of Quality Management System)

(3)質量證書的控制批準方法或者ISO9001證書(Letter of Quality Control Confirmation MethodorManufacturer's ISO 9001 Certificate)

(4)結構保護批準證書(Letter of Construction Protection Confirmation)

(5)宣稱的額定功率(Rated Power Declaration)

(6)天線報告(Antenna Report)

(7)測試報告(Test Reports (including Test Results, Test Setup Photos and Examinations carried out))

(8)標簽信息(Label Information(Label Location, Label content))

(9)委托書/授權書(Power of Attorney / Authorization Letter)
